Karak Chai

Karak Chai is a strong, creamy, and flavorful tea made by slow-brewing black tea with milk and sugar. Loved across the Middle East and South Asia, it’s known for its bold taste and energizing aroma.

Steps

Boil 1 ½ cups of water per person.

Add 1 heaped teaspoon of our tea blend to boiling water. Simmer on medium-high for 5 minutes (or longer for stronger taste).

Add evaporated (Recommended 1/3 cup) or your preferred milk, then boil for 6 more minutes until caramel-colored and thickened. Reduce heat if boiling over.

Add sugar if desired and boil for 60 seconds.

Strain and pour into A cup. Enjoy!

Kashmiri Chai

Kashmiri Chai is a traditional pink tea from the Kashmir Valley, brewed with green tea leaves, milk, and a touch of baking soda, infused with aromatic spices like cardamom and cinnamon, and often garnished with crushed nuts. Its rich, creamy flavor and unique color make it a comforting and indulgent drink.

Steps

In a pot, combine 3 cups cold water, 3 tbsp Kashmiri tea leaves, 2 cinnamon sticks, 8 lightly crushed green cardamom pods, 3 star anise, and 2 cloves. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat, add 1 tsp baking soda and let it simmer for 20 minutes until reduced by half

Pour in 3 cups cold water and continue boiling for 15 minutes to intensify the pink hue

Strain the tea (Appox. 1 Litre of concentrate) and you can store the remaining in a airtight container. upto 3 Weeks in Fridge & upto 6 Months in Freezer

Return 1/3 cup of it to the pot. Add 3/4 cup milk, add sugar to taste, then simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour into A cup and garnish with 1 tsp crushed pistachios, almonds, and dry rose mix for an aromatic, authentic touch. Enjoy!

Zafrani Chai

Zafrani Chai is a luxurious blend of black tea, milk, and sugar infused with saffron, giving it a rich aroma, golden hue, and smooth, indulgent flavor

Steps

Boil 1½ cups of water per person

Add 1 heaped teaspoon of our tea blend to the boiling water. Let it simmer on medium-high heat for 5 minutes (or longer for a stronger flavor)

Pour in ⅓ cup of evaporated milk (or your preferred milk). Boil for another 6 minutes until the chai turns caramel-colored and thickens. Reduce heat if it starts to boil over

Add sugar to taste, then let it boil for an additional 60 seconds

Strain And pour into A cup, sprinkle a few saffron strands on top and enjoy!

Golden Saffron

Golden Saffron Tea is a fragrant blend of green tea infused with saffron, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, dry rose, ginger, and fennel, a soothing, aromatic brew with a warm golden hue and rich, balanced flavour.

Add 1/2 tsp of golden saffron tea (shake well before use)
