Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. In the event of any delays, you will be notified by email. As a small, independent company, occasional delays may occur during holiday or festival seasons.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the carrier (UPS, Canada Post, or your selected service), which you can use to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier after your package has left our warehouse.
